What to do While You're Waiting on your Breakthrough

Rejuvenate Yourself
Study, read, learn, pray, and meditate. Do whatever you have to do to renew your mind and spirit so that you feel refreshed, energized, and revitalized.

Perfect Your Craft
Ok so you don’t have the finances right now to fund your next project, continue reading, studying, and perfecting your craft. Practice the things you’ve already learned and continue perfecting them. Work on whatever you can that doesn’t require financing, so when finances are released you have a plan of execution.

Visualize Yourself Coming Out of Your Situation
Seeing is believing! Speak those things that are not as though they were. Use the power of faith to break out of your situation!

Live a Life of Expectancy
Before every major event or victory I encountered, I always felt something on the inside first. Something would move in my spirit. See yourself prospering through the eyes of faith. Than praise God in advance for your victory. When the praises go up, blessings come down.

Trust Him
Don’t get caught up in a “why” self-pity mind frame: Why isn’t anything working for me? Why is God not answering my prayers? Why is this not happening for me? God is working behind the scenes. He is in complete control, he’s always on time, and His plan is what’s best for you.

Wait
I find this last step to be the most difficult: the waiting process. Be patient, repeat steps one and two: rejuvenate yourself and perfect your craft. Keep yourself busy by doing things that you love. Get active in your community or church. Then wait some more. Those that wait on the Lord will renew their strength. Timing is out of your control. So release those things that you can’t control. When you do this, you also release frustration, fatigue, worry and stress; be patient and wait.
